It IS Possible to Stabilize Your Life with Meditation, Movement, and Crystals
August is all about achieving balance. Moving from summer into the busy back to school hustle routine can be draining. This exhaustion is normal to feel, but once we identify what’s happening, it is time to put action into our lives to balance everything out once again. Sure, life will always be up and down, but we must choose to put the right actions into place to counter the stress, equalize the overwhelm, and balance the areas of our life that cause stress with the ones that bring joy and ease.
Whether the main focus be balancing work and play, relationships and solitude, or your physical and mental health, finding harmony in all aspects of your life is crucial to overall well-being.
And speaking of Balance & Harmony, Our August monty subscription boxes are curated to help you achieve this balance with methodically thought out contents and personalized crystals. Not only that, but this months box also comes with mindful tips, tricks and affirmations. We also give some tips to incorporate these things daily, making it as easy as possible to focus on balance and achieve that beautiful harmony that helps life flow a bit nicer.
Getting into a glow state is so important to staying happy, gaining perspective, and manifesting our desires. We must align with Devine timing to have life provide the path our highest selves are attempting to point us towards.
Step 1 – Meditation: Calming Your Mind
Meditation is a cornerstone of achieving balance. It helps quiet the mind, reduce stress, and increase self awareness. Incorporating meditation into your daily routine with guided sessions or simply by focusing on your breath is a must. Not great at meditating? Start with the guided meditations! There are many on my blog, Rooted Frequency, available on Spotify and YouTube.
Step 2 – Movement: Nourishing Your Body
Physical activity is essential for both physical and mental health. Whether it’s yoga, dancing, or simply taking a walk, find a form of movement that you enjoy and make it a regular part of your routine.
Movement helps with:
Improved mood: Exercise releases endorphins, which can boost your mood and reduce stress.
Increased energy: Regular physical activity can help you feel more energized throughout the day.
Better sleep: Exercise can improve sleep quality, helping you feel rested and refreshed.
Step 3 – Energy Flow. We Use Crystals!
Crystals have been used for centuries to promote balance and harmony. Each crystal has its own unique properties and can be used to support different areas of your life.
Even if you don’t know too much about crystals we make it easy to begin to work with them! Our curated subscription boxes make it easy to have new crystals delivered to your door monthly or quarterly! And they come with directions for use- perfect for crystal newbies or a crystal connoisseur looking to receive unique pieces.
Crystals for balance:
Amethyst: Known for its calming and balancing properties, amethyst can help reduce stress and promote spiritual growth.

How to use crystals:
Carry them with you: Place a crystal in your pocket or purse to keep it close throughout the day.
Meditate with them: Hold a crystal during your meditation practice to enhance its energy.
Place them in your home: Arrange crystals in your home to create a harmonious and balanced environment.
By combining meditation, movement, and crystals, you can create a holistic approach to achieving balance in your life. Experiment with these practices and find what works best for you. Remember, balance is a journey, not a destination. Enjoy the process of discovering your center and living a more fulfilling life!
